In a large bowl, gently mix arugula, dill, lemon juice, and the remaining oil.
Lay out the lavash on a work surface. Spread the goat cheese mixture evenly over the bread, leaving a 1-inch border on all sides.
Evenly distribute turkey, red bell pepper, cucumbers, and arugula salad over the wraps.
Fold one half of the lavash over the filling and roll tightly to seal. Tuck in the ends and cut in half before serving.
