Knead the ingredients together. If the dough is too dry, you can add 1-3 tablespoons of water.
Divide the dough into 5 parts and color them with food coloring. Wrap and chill for 1 hour.
Roll out the dough thinly. This can be done with a pasta machine or a rolling pin.
Cut the resulting pasta sheets into thin strips and wrap them around greased cannoli forms. Use 2-3 strips per form.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 5-8 minutes. Then carefully remove from the form and dust with powdered sugar.
