A delicious low-carb pizza with a celeriac base, topped with mozzarella, basil, and olives.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Place the grated celeriac in a bowl.
Add the soft cheese and cheddar to the bowl.
Mix in the beaten egg with some black pepper.
Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and brush with a little olive oil.
Shape the celeriac mixture into a circle on the paper.
Bake the base in the oven for 15 minutes.
Remove the base from the oven and allow it to cool for a minute.
Spread the tomato paste over the surface of the base.
Dot the base with mozzarella, basil, and olives.
Return the pizza to the oven for another 4-5 minutes.
Serve the pizza warm and enjoy your meal!
