Select the end of the lemon to be the snout and decide which side will be the bottom.
Choose a stable side for the bottom to ensure the piggy sits upright.
Cut a small slice off the bottom of the lemon to create a flat base.
Cut just enough to make it stable without exposing too much of the flesh.
At the snout end, make two small cuts to form flaps for the ears. Gently pull them out.
Be careful not to tear the skin when pulling out the ear flaps.
Insert two cloves into the lemon to represent the eyes.
