Remove the pits from the cherries, if needed, and chop them or leave them whole.
Add the oats, cinnamon, ground flaxseeds, and chia seeds into the mason jar. Stir to mix.
Stir in the coconut milk, vanilla extract, and pure maple syrup until the oats are covered.
Place the cherries on top of the oats.
Cover the jar with the lid and refrigerate overnight, for at least 6 hours.
In the morning, stir the oats and add a splash of coconut milk if needed. Taste and add more maple syrup if desired.
